Priced from $199,000 to $249,000, these homes have been positioned in the market with every possible financial incentive to make the dream of owning an investment worthy home a reality for buyers shopping with NSP2 Income Limits (which is the Federal Department of Housing Neighborhood Stabilization Program) You may be surprised to learn what qualifies as "limited income", I'm told a single household income of $71,000 would qualify.

The Baltimore City commission for historical and architectural preservation (CHAP) has given the North Calvert Green project a 10 year, 100% property tax credit on the increased value of these newly renovated homes due to eligibility improvements. I was able to chat with the senior project manager, the Prudential Homesale YWGC sales team, and some of the new residents who had already purchased homes and moved into the area. We gathered in this gleaming kitchen and discussed the numerous property features. The majority of the row homes have interior designs that feature three bedrooms and a den. The property I toured had three full bathrooms. These homes are built to last; energy efficient and energy star certified. The sales team has provided two illustrations of how a North Calvert Green property purchased for $201,555 can qualify for an estimated montly payment of $785.66 (with a 20% downpayment using a conventional loan) or $1,115.62 (with a 3.5% down payment using an FHA loan). These estimates are provided courtesey of Mortgage Master, Inc.
