A pharmacy is located in the lobby of the building. Condo fees are $900 per month and include; water, utilities, maintenance, and exterior window washing. The Osler Medical Center condo association bylaws require commercial medical tenants only. So this office condo can be used by a medical professional or rented to a medical professional. Having spent some time in the building, I can tell you the lobby has steady traffic all day with people headed to see a wide variety of professionals including: dentists, pediatricians, psychiatrists, and specialists. Unit 307 was previously used as research lab, and an OBGYN office.
